We do not accept returns once the delivery person has left your doorstep, unless there’s a valid reason (such as major damage or wrong product delivered).

🔄 Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Vincent purchase! That’s why we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

You may exchange a product if:
- The size does not fit you, or
- There is a manufacturing defect on the item
Exchange is only possible within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
The product you’re exchanging must be of the same price or higher.

🚚 Delivery Charges for Exchange:

If the exchange is due to a product defect, you do not need to pay the delivery fee.
If the exchange is due to a size issue, you will need to pay the delivery fee.

ডেলিভারি ম্যান আপনার দরজার সামনে থেকে চলে যাওয়ার পর আমরা রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি না, যদি না খুব যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণ থাকে (যেমন প্রোডাক্ট ভাঙা/ড্যামেজড, বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হয়েছে)।

🔄 এক্সচেঞ্জ

Vincent সবসময় চায় আপনি আপনার কেনাকাটা নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন! তাই আমরা কিছু নির্দিষ্ট শর্তে এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ দিচ্ছি:

আপনি এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন যদি:
- সাইজ ঠিক না হয়, অথবা
- প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি থাকে
প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে হবে প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে প্রোডাক্টটি অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ নতুন অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে — পরিধানবিহীন, ধোয়া হয়নি এবং সব ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
নতুন প্রোডাক্টটির মূল্য সমান বা বেশি হতে হবে।

🚚 ডেলিভারি চার্জ সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা:

যদি এক্সচেঞ্জের কারণ হয় প্রোডাক্টের ত্রুটি, তাহলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না।
যদি এক্সচেঞ্জের কারণ হয় সাইজ ঠিক না হওয়া, তাহলে আপনাকেই ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে।
